BALLOON LOAN:

• Available on a 60-month balloon payment amortized up to 30 years.

• Rates are reviewed at the end of their respective terms.

• Rate adjustments may require a rewriting of the mortgage note.

FIXED LOAN:

• 5 year fixed rate

• 10 year fixed rate

• 15 year fixed rate
